Secondary Glazing for Listed Buildings Tower Hill
A building listed under the law is protected and Listed Building Permission may need to be obtained before any modifications can be made. Not all repairs will require consent. Please get in touch with your local authority and make enquiries as to whether you need permission to install secondary glazing.
Sash Windows (Vertical sliding) Tower Hill
Sash windows, also known as “Vertical sliding windows”, are the most popular window type. Secondary glazing sash windows are also very popular.
Our sash windows consist of two panels, one at the top and one at the bottom. They are counter balanced with pre-tensioned springs that hold the panels’ weight. The window can be opened in any direction and the panels can be operated easily.
Horizontal Sliding Windows Tower Hill
Horizontal sliding windows, which can be made side to side, are the most versatile style. They can be manufactured with either 2, 3, or 4 sliding panels. This type of secondary glazing matches perfectly with Crittal windows. Individual sliding panels can slide effortlessly, providing unimpeded access to external windows.
All of our windows sections are made from aluminium and powder-coated white. You can customize frames to match your decor with a different colour or finish.
Fixed Lift Out Tower Hill
Fixed lift out windows are an alternative to screw-fixed units. They have a removable glass panel that can be lifted from the master frame and accessed through the external windows.
This type of window is used for external windows that are rarely used, or in offices with air conditioning where cleaning between windows is necessary.
Casement (Hinged) Secondary Glazing Tower Hill
Our hinged (casement) windows can be side- or top-hung. This design allows easy access to outer windows or doors.
This type of window is popular in hospitals, surgery rooms, and laboratories because it has minimal dust ledges, tight seals, and is easy to clean.

A wonderful day out for the family. I attended with my wife and thoroughly enjoyed the historic spectacle that Tower of London offers. We were given a fantastic tour of the Tower by Yeoman Warder Beefy409. The tour was without doubt the highlight of the day. A wonderful presentation was given by Scott. It was really informative with a perfect balance of history and humor. We can't wait to visit again with the children in the future. Thanks!

Remove all thoughts of moving quickly or not being bumped. Now if you have zero expectations of decent human interaction and like stairs. This tour is for you. You will be shoulder to shoulder and you will be in tight stairs and there will be a ton of people. With that being said this place is cool as H*^!. The history is just awesome. The tour is neat and what you see inside is amazing.

Tucked away behind the shopping and ticket shops, this piece of history deserves greater visibility. Good for views of the Wester side of the Tower complex. There many named Towers as well as the better known single Tower of London.

One of the few places in London you can find a segment of the original London wall that surrounded the city. This piece is huge and you get an idea of the scale of the wall. It’s easy to find, right by the tower exit of Tower Hill station. There’s a little garden area and a few information panels giving the history. Just a short walk from here is the Tower of London.

Memorial to the people who were lost at sea. My relative was only 18 years old. I hope he had an exciting time in his short life but sadly was lost when his ship was hit by a German U boat. RIP

Coming out of Tower Hill Station and facing the famous land mark Tower of London, stands in Trinity Square a memorial to the men and women of the Merchant Navy and fishing fleet who lost their life in the first and second war. This is a great memorial, well maintained listing all their names on bronze panels, a lovely garden and pleasant peaceful place.

A great experience and something I would recommend to everyone visiting London. You get to see a large amount of the city along the river and get arguably the best views. The staff were awesome on both of our trips up and back down the river. The tour guides in particular were both brilliantly funny and very knowledgable which made the trip ever better.

A really good ice rink - fairly big and right under the Tower. For the price you get a good amount of time - we paid £17 for 45 minutes. It was quite crowded but not too bad - there was enough space to enjoy yourself unless you are a seasoned pro. The staff on the ice were especially good, always checking carefully whenever anyone had a bump and helping out beginners to get their feet.

Good location to do some skating in London as there is no real snow even in Winter (unless there is a snow storm) but pretty crowded. Overall its a good experience if you dnt bump into many people. But in my opinion this Ice rink should be located in some other place as it ruins the view of the historic tower of London.
